Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PaymentReminder, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, we understand that things don't always work out.
1. Subscription Plans
72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund for subscription upgrades if requested within 72 hours of the initial purchase.
To request a refund for a subscription, please contact our support team at chief@paymentreminder.online with your account details and transaction ID.
After 72 hours, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Credit Purchases
No Refunds on Credits
Credits purchased for sending SMS, WhatsApp messages, or Voice Calls are non-refundable.
Since credits are used to pay for third-party carrier fees immediately upon usage, we cannot offer refunds for unused or partially used credit bundles once purchased.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
Canceling your account does not automatically generate a refund for any active subscriptions or remaining credits.
