Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PaymentReminder, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, we understand that things don't always work out.

1. Subscription Plans

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund for subscription upgrades if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase.

To request a refund for a subscription, please contact our support team at chief@paymentreminder.online with your account details and transaction ID.

After 14 days, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

Canceling your account does not automatically generate a refund for any active subscriptions or remaining credits.
